She was four years old...
...and enchanted by the temptations to pierce her ears, devour cooked broccoli, and take dance classes. She wanted to be magnetic, bold, outspoken, and move…and move and move her tiny body. Since age four, her life has changed drastically, but these aspects of Chelsea remain the same. Dancing, running, kickboxing served as expression, communication, and coping. As this intense relationship with movement became destructive, Chelsea became severely ill. In 2012, she surrendered…to yoga. At that moment, she had no idea the chemistry of soulfulness, heat, breathe, and intention would actually save her. Yoga, became gravity. It rooted her, yet she grew wings, and began to lead flocks of others.
Chelsea holds a degree in Psychology and Contemporary Dance as well as her MA in Dance Movement Therapy & Counseling. She began studying yoga to heal herself and understand both the science and philosophy behind the human
trinity—body, mind, and soul. Chelsea’s power vinyasa classes are on fire with all elements of her movement journey. As a yogi, poet, dancer, personal trainer and wellness coach, she urges her students to get exotic.

THE ASANAS ARE SACRED GEOMETRICAL SHAPES FOR YOU TO EXPLORE YOURSELF WITHIN...WE ARE TOXIC AND YET MAGICAL. BE CONSCIOUS OF THAT AND BRAVE ENOUGH TO CHOOSE, MINDFULLY, WHAT YOU MOVE FORWARD WITH.
Her love of travel has yielded chapters living in Africa, Costa Rica, and currently California. A true wanderlust, Chelsea has never found a sense of home anywhere…except within her body. When she rolls out her mat, she often whispers, “welcome home, my love” and steps into her simple, sacred house of four corners. Her greatest passion in life is allure others to connect intimately with their bodies and develop a healthy body image.
WE ARE OF INFINITE WORTH, AND INDESCRIBABLY BEAUTIFUL AT ANY SIZE, SHAPE, OR COLOR. IT ISN’T THE FLESH YOU TRAVEL IN, BUT THE ATTITUDE YOU HAVE ON THE JOURNEY THAT DRAWS OTHERS TO WALK WITH YOU.

“My yoga practice changed the choreography of my belief systems, and the way I lived. Through yoga, I finally slow danced with myself and fell in love with my own body…day after day after day. In sickness and in health. I took myself out of the rat race to daydream and truly live. While most are seeking money, i’m in search of meaning. I want to meet you, and I want you to know that I am in awe of you. Just you….Being you. Being there. That alone, is powerful. Your mere existence is purposeful.”
“There is nothing better than feeling upside down, and inside out. These fleshy sacks of aching bones, smelly sweat, and restless hearts are meant to be played with, because they are filled with ideas and possibilities and passion. Relax, you are good. You are so good.”
